From academia to entrepreneurial action
I've always felt the need to bridge the gap between university research and the concrete operations of businesses. This is why I chose to directly experiment with innovative management models and advanced applications of digital technologies, transferring the skills I've developed over years of scientific activity into the real world. My entrepreneurial journey began this way: as a natural evolution of a journey dedicated to transforming knowledge into value, vision, and impact.
BTO Research
It was born in 2004 from a specific idea: to create a stable and credible bridge between universities and businesses, built around a model founded on three dimensions – Business (B), Technology (T), Organization (O) – capable, together, of accompanying the entire life cycle of corporate innovation.
The model stands out for its ability to combine research with applied consulting, placing young researchers and professionals with international experience at the center, within an ecosystem geared toward Open Innovation.
Over the years, BTO has grown to become a recognized research and consulting program throughout Europe, with a consolidated presence in Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, France, and Austria, and a rapidly expanding workforce of over 350 employees, led by a young and dynamic management team.
In 2022, Relatech Spa, an Italian company specializing in digital transformation services for businesses and institutions, acquired 80% of BTO Research, integrating it into its technology ecosystem and further consolidating its international reach.
The transaction cements BTO's position as a key player in digital innovation and high-value consulting services.

Hemeras Boutique House – A New Model of Hospitality
In 2015, I founded Hemeras Boutique House, an innovative startup in the high-end hospitality sector. The goal is to redefine the urban stay experience by combining the quality of luxury hotels with the freedom of luxury apartments, integrating tailor-made services and digital technologies.
The model proved successful: Hemeras quickly became a recognizable brand, especially internationally, with over 90 properties in Italy's major cities. In 2020, also in light of the profound changes brought about by the pandemic in the tourism sector, I decided to sell the company. Today, the brand continues to be synonymous with excellence in urban hospitality.
I contribute to the development of Algopolio, an association founded to defend citizens’ digital rights and to promote transparency, technological pluralism, and awareness in the use of personal data.
This commitment reflects the belief that innovation must be not only efficient, but also fair and sustainable.
Beta Srl and Abitami – Real estate operations and new forms of living.
I launched entrepreneurial activities in the real estate sector through Beta Srl, with the objective of enhancing urban real estate assets according to principles of rigor, efficiency, and managerial innovation.
